After a very horrible experience with the previous team and the previous General manager I have to say that their customer service has improved greatly.  Thank you for doing the right thing and taking care of the issue and getting me the vehicle that I absolutely love. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND I GO MOTORS I have been a loyal customer since 2024 I almost have my car payed off I haven't had a bit of trouble out of my 2014 Ford edge limited nor have I had a problem out of the main office at bowling Green Branch they are five stars in my book I was at a gas station in my little home town one day I'm not going to name no names because I believe he did it because he wanted to not to be recognized but the gentleman was in a row back for I go he was one of the main ones you know who you are but he gave me $40 out of his own pocket right out of the back side of his wallet and paid for my gas and shook my hand and told me I was an outstanding customer that made me feel more part of a bigger thing than me he did not have to do that he did not know me from nobody but I want to publicly thank you and to say I will send anybody I know to Igo
